July 11, 2014 — One of the big three automakers contacted “The JNE Group of Companies” with a rather interesting request for a proposal. The client had developed a new paint booth water treatment system, and was looking for someone to build the very first production unit. The JNE Group of Companies were a natural fit with engineering expertise in all of the required fields: mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, automation and wastewater.

JNE Environmental designed, engineered and supplied four electrode units, power supply panels, an automation system, and an electrode removal system. This system is installed in the clear coat tank and removes total suspended solids to provide better paint booth water.
