  • Stand-alone warehouse control and inventory management, with remote communications to central office.

  • PLC control systems for ordering and queuing of tasks within the warehouse, with reporting to the inventory management system.

  • PLC control systems on-board each warehouse crane, for position control of the cranes and communications with the on-board drive system, and positioning lasers.

  • Laser distance monitoring and control of the crane positioning systems, to an accuracy of +/- ½”.

  • On-board systems to verify product locations within the facility.

  • Designed, programmed, staged, and commissioned control systems for the pharmaceutical industry in Canada.

  • PLC systems designed and installed to communicate with existing closed-protocol systems, feeding the batch materials to the various production lines.

  • Batch recipe handling and continuous process control systems for tablet production.

  • Programming provided to meet 21 CFR Part 11 standards for data validation and storage. ISA standard S88 used as the basis for modular process programs.

  • In partnership with equipment supplier and process specialist to provide vision systems which monitor lot numbers, and barcode verification of pharmaceutical products, and automotive parts to different suppliers.

  • Worked with customers to determine optimum locations for sensors and lighting systems, as well as interface of vision systems data with existing control systems, to integrate into the production control system.

  • Systems installed on presses and packaging lines to verify quality data to customer’s ISO standards requirements.
