John Ng announced as new president and CEO of JNE
JNE Consulting Ltd. (JNE) is pleased to announce the immediate appointment of John Ng, P.Eng., as its new President and CEO. In this capacity, John will lead the Organization into its next phase of growth. Joe Ng, P.Eng., will remain as a corporate sponsor in the capacity of Chairperson.

John Ng was recognized as the "2012 Person of the Year" at the Eighth Annual Chinese Business Excellence Awards Celebration hosted by the Chinese Business Chamber of Commerce. The awards ceremony was very well attended with dignitaries from both Canada and China.

JNE’s recent projects in material handling, process automation and machinery for tube mills and finishing plants have required solutions for everything from single process improvements to those requiring the capture of an entire process line or machine. The use of 3D imagery at the beginning stages of each project improved client collaboration, allowed for design intent to be captured and ensured timely detection of potential problems.
Excellent Caster and Hot Mill Descaling Wastewater Treatment
High pressure descale sprays are critical to the proper performance of continuous casters, roughing mills, and hot mills. These systems run at very high volumes (over 150,000 litres per minute) and very high pressures (3,000 psi). JNE Environmental was contacted by a grower in Ontario experiencing major issues with the facility’s wastewater stream pH.  The nature of their production lead to low pH discharge water to the City’s sanitary sewer system resulting in several fines. The Company was facing future letters of non-compliance. JNE Environmental presents to the Municipal Enforcement Sewer Use Group (MESUG)
Last week, JNE Environmental was invited by one of our customers to present our containerized DAF-based wastewater treatment system to 30 members of the Municipal Enforcement Sewer Use Group (MESUG). This group consists of Municipal Environmental Officers, By-Law Officers, Wastewater Operators, Environmental Technicians, Managers, and Administrators across Ontario.
