A local waste oil recycling plant has recently purchased another FS-30 to replace an existing DAF unit to support a major plant expansion. Prior to this purchase they used a JNE Environmental FS-30 DAF to pre-treat their wastewater through the use of JNE 3111C dewatering polymer, and then through the use of JNE 709 and JNE 3003 to produce a flocculated wastewater.
Joe Ng, the man behind the multi-continent, multi-industry JNE Group of Companies officially inducted into UNB's Engineering Wall of Fame. In 1968, Dr. Ng arrived in Canada to study electrical engineering, spending his first two years at the University of Prince Edward Island and then transferring to UNB to complete his engineering degree.

Joseph Ng, Chair of the JNE Group of Companies, proudly received an Honorary Doctor of Science Degree from the University of New Brunswick. Joe had previously graduated from the University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1973. An Ontario company is forming a joint venture with a Chinese partner that will create up to 300 jobs at a solar panel assembly plant in Hamilton. JNE Consulting and Chinese-based Daqo Group Co. Ltd., are building the $5 million project, expected to be completed within two years. JNE signed the agreement during its recent visit to China as part of an Ontario trade mission featuring companies in construction and engineering.
