Forged in the heart of Steel City nearly 40 years ago, our founding office in Hamilton, Ontario continues to evolve alongside the city where our company began. JNE Consulting was originally established by a single engineer to service the steel industry, quickly growing into a full-service, multi-discipline engineering firm serving a wide range of industries, and eventually becoming our global headquarters.

Though our Hamilton office continues to have an emphasis on steel, our teams have grown and expanded beyond the metals industry to provide multi-discipline engineering and project services for the automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, and mining industries across Canada.

Our engineering services including civil/structural, electrical, instrumentation, and controls, mechanical, piping, and forensic.  We also offer project and construction management, pre-start health and safety reviews (PHSRs), and safety services and training.
